Here’s how it works:

1. Each participant receives a light-building kit and is guided through the process of constructing a simple solar light capable of transforming the lives of those enduring energy poverty. Participants also have the opportunity to draft a heartfelt letter to accompany their assembled lights.
2. This event serves as a powerful team-building tool, showcasing the positive global impact achievable when your team collaborates within your organization.
3. Once the solar lights have been assembled they are returned to the hub for quality assurance before embarking on their final journey. Thanks to dedicated NGOs the lights and letters crafted by your team are dispatched to children living in energy poverty worldwide.
