Solution:

ECMeetings designed a tailored program blending cultural exploration, adventurous activities, and exclusive dining experiences across Malta and Gozo. Accommodations at the luxurious 5-star Hilton Malta in St. Julian’s set the stage for a remarkable journey.

Highlights of the Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival and Valletta

Upon landing at Malta International Airport, our guests were warmly welcomed and escorted to Birgu, a picturesque town offering stunning views of the yacht marina and Valletta's fortified city. Upon entering the city an unexpected delight awaited them—an encounter with a vintage Citroen van transformed into a Hipster Champagne Bar, where sparkling drinks and local snacks were served, setting the perfect tone for a delightful welcome to the Maltese Islands. A leisurely Mediterranean lunch was followed by a charming harbor crossing in traditional water taxis.

In Valletta, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, guests enjoyed an exclusive 5-Senses Tour, featuring culinary delights, interactive stops, and hidden gems.

With the sun setting over Valletta's skyline, guests savored cocktails and dinner at one of Malta’s finest restaurants, completing a day of sensory exploration and culinary indulgence.

Day 2: Outdoor Adventures and Battle at Sea

In the morning, guests actively explored Malta's remote west coast with its stunning cliffs and secluded beaches on a mountain biking tour. After a typical Maltese seaside lunch, they embarked on an adventure named Battle at Sea - Pirates vs Knights, where two teams faced off on their exclusively chartered gullets, armed with water pistols and cannons. Aim to 'sink' the opponent’s vessel by targeting all their goals—an entertaining and innovative activity amidst the beauty of the Mediterranean Sea.

As evening fell, guests were accompanied by colorful Maltese vintage buses for a special wine pairing dinner in the countryside.

Day 3: Gozo Odyssey

Embarking on an exhilarating journey to Gozo with high-speed powerboats guests enjoyed a day on the island. Colorful tuk-tuks took them to hidden gems, including an exclusive adventure park in the nature reserve of Dwejra, offering archery, abseiling, and an aerial ropeway. A kayak relay race and a visit to the ancient saltpans added to the day's excitement. Beyond the stunning scenery of the saltpans, participants connected with a local family, experienced the art of salt harvesting, and departed with a bag of salt—a unique and meaningful souvenir from the charming island of Gozo.

Passing by the majestic cliffs of Comino, they witnessed abseilers descending with champagne in hand, offering a unique and thrilling toast to guests on board—a perfect finale to a day filled with exploration, adrenaline, and the magic of Gozo.

In the evening, a seafood dinner with sunset cocktails was served by the sea, followed by an after-party at the popular Café del Mar Malta.

Day 4: Cultural Immersion and Traditions

The concluding day featured participants engaging in local traditions and culinary experiences at a former limestone quarry. Activities included a limestone carving session, a limoncello demonstration, and tastings of local produce. The day culminated with a farm-to-table lunch, blending cultural elements with gastronomy. As a thoughtful parting gesture, reusable branded water bottles were presented, featuring S'wheat—the world's first reusable water bottle made from plants. These bottles carried a purpose, with profits generated from their purchase contributing to planting trackable trees in the company's name.
