ECMeetings supported a supermarket chain from Norway to host a conference for 750 delegates in Malta. The main hotel chosen was the Hilton Malta with further accommodation offered at the adjacent Westin Dragonara Resort.

For the welcome dinner a splendid show was created at the pool area of the Hilton. The highlight of the evening was a fashion show by the management, displaying new products. The catwalk was specifically designed for the event and extended across the pool. Dinner tables were set up around the pool and a fabulous Mediterranean 3-course dinner was served. The evening ended with a synchronized fireworks show.
