Colourful Boho-Chic Themed Event by the Sea. 

In May 2019 ECMeetings had the pleasure of organising a fun and inspiring incentive trip for 75 attendees from LUNA. The highlight of the extended weekend program was the farewell event at Baia Beach Club on the north coast of Malta.

The Challenge

For the last evening the client wanted to create a special and unique summer event with an outdoor seaside location, a fun and colourful theme and a venue that could be exclusively booked for a dinner and after party. Various venues and themes were considered, until the perfect theme and location were found.

The Solution

With spectacular views of the crystal-clear seas and the island of Comino the popular Baia Beach Club at Armier Bay served as the perfect location to host a summer themed event. The theme of the event was “Boho-Chic Flower Power’’. Detailed and personalised décor and seating was set up, and attendees were supplied with colourful props for the evening. Guests arrived by colourful vintage buses to enjoy sunset cocktails, free flowing drinks, Mediterranean live cooking and buffet stations, and a top DJ to play tunes of the 60’s and 70’s late into the night.
