Annual Conference & Exhibition.
For several years, our events team has successfully managed the annual EMEA sales conference and exhibition for 650–1,000 sales representatives and suppliers. Past event destinations have included Malta, Greece, Poland, Spain, and virtual editions in 2021 and 2022. In 2018, Malta was chosen for the third time due to its excellent conference infrastructure, mild winter climate, and ease of access from major European hubs.
The Challenge
The event required meticulous logistical coordination, including multiple venues, simultaneous setups, technical production, exhibition management, and a variety of networking, CSR, and entertainment programs. Ensuring seamless transitions between venues and activities for a large number of attendees was paramount.
The Solution
The event was hosted at two main hotels—Dolmen Resort Hotel & Spa and San Antonio Hotel—with the Malta Fairs and Convention Centre (MFCC) selected for the gala dinner and awards ceremony. Over six days, the program included plenary sessions, breakout meetings, an exhibition, CSR team-building, dine-arounds, and cultural excursions. Highlights included:
- Networking Dinners: Exclusive dinners at top venues like Bacchus Restaurant and Meridiana Wine Estate.
- CSR Activity: A large-scale team-building initiative at MFCC.
- Gala Event: A memorable awards ceremony, gala dinner, and afterparty at MFCC.
- Cultural Exploration: Tailored excursions, including a guided tour of Valletta.
