The platform was designed to maximize the potential of virtual and hybrid events, offering tailored solutions, a hands-on approach, and comprehensive event support for exhibitions, meetings, conferences, and events.
The Challenge
For seven consecutive years, Thermo Fisher Scientific partnered with our events team for their annual European Sales Conference. In 2020 and 2021, the event transitioned from an in-person format to a fully virtual environment. The client’s goal was to create a dynamic, engaging virtual experience that mimicked the real feel of an in-person event. The objectives included delivering strategic goals for the upcoming year, celebrating past achievements, and strengthening relationships between suppliers and sales representatives. Networking and lead generation were also key priorities.
The Solution
Our virtual events platform was customized to meet the requirements of a five-day, multi-session conference and exhibition, hosting 40 international exhibitors.
Key elements included:
- Plenary sessions for sales representatives and suppliers
- Tailored networking sessions between suppliers and selected sales representatives
- Social networking events, such as a Pub Quiz, Family-Friendly Happy Hour, a Cover Band performance, and a Wellbeing Lounge
- An exhibition space featuring 40 booths with 20-minute session rotations, totaling 1,600 sessions
- An awards ceremony
- Multiple individual and group networking opportunities
