Once upon a time there was a ‘Quinta’, where the Portuguese King used to spend lots of time to meet his lover, a famous and beautiful actress in the day… A place where secret gardens are explored, trees tell stories and vineyards produce God’s nectar.

Today this enchanted place is the home of Anne and James and their 7 sons. The family has dedicated their lives to producing authentic wines of character.

Imagine a day in the life of Anne and James?

Your group will be welcomed by the family and James will give insights on his wine making techniques, while Anne will teach you to paint colourful Portuguese tiles. Experience their local and homemade products, including bread, cheeses, olive oil and wines from the vineyards. For meeting and incentive groups this amazing countryside getaway offers many possibilities. Have a picnic in the vineyards or an exclusive wine tasting in the cellars, or recreate their annual wine festival with a grape stomp, hog roast, tractor rides, strolling musicians and lots of great fun!

From 10 to 500 guests the family will always find a unique activity to engage in and offer your guests a truly memorable and local experience. The ‘Quinta’ is open all year around and is located in the countryside, just 40 minutes from Lisbon.
