We immediately acknowledge receipt of your request and send you a full proposal with a detailed cost breakdown within your deadline and no later than 72 hours.
We support you in the budget preparation, contracting and monitoring of the budget. We provide detailed accounting of all charges and document any on-site additions to the program. We audit all supplier invoices and settle payments in a timely manner and as per negotiated terms and condition.
