Dean Micallef

Dean brings extensive Corporate, strategic and financial experience to ECMeetings Group. He began his career with Deloitte Malta, specialising in corporate finance, market intelligence, valuations and transactions, before taking on senior roles at the Attard & Co Group, where he served as CFO and later CEO of the group’s service vertical. Dean also served as Director at Firstbridge Services, a business advisory firm focusing on transactions and business advisory while guiding the firm’s strategic direction.
Now stepping into the events industry, Dean is thrilled to carry his experience into the dynamic world of destination management, leading ECMeetings’ international growth across Malta, Portugal and Italy. He is committed to strengthening global partnerships and driving operational excellence throughout the group. Dean is a Certified Public Accountant, a Fellow of the ACCA, and holds a Master’s Degree in Financial Services. He served on several boards and is an active member of YPO Malta.
