Malta International Airport has undergone major developments over past couple of years, both in terms of a new Schengen Terminal and also in the services that can be offered to delegates arriving to Malta for an event such as the “meet and greet”, a service that caters for passengers who appreciate the luxury of personal attention. Upon arrival the “meet n greet” service includes a personalised welcome from the arrival area to outside the terminal. Customer service staff will accompany guests through all formalities of immigration, including hand-over of visas and other essential documents. Guests are then invited in the VIP arrivals lounge whilst airport attendants offload luggage from baggage reclaim onto trolley. On collection of luggage, customer service staff will escort the guests to EC Meetings representatives in the arrivals hall.
